More than a month after the successful capping of Grand View Electronics' intelligent factory, the construction of the new plant has entered the critical internal decoration phase. To advance the construction of the new plant to higher standards and quality, and learn from the advanced experience of industry benchmarks, Senior Vice President Cai Hong personally led a delegation to GREE Electric Appliances (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. for a far-reaching study tour.
Benchmarking Against First-Class Enterprises to Explore New Development Directions
On October 30, 2025, with a learning mindset and the eagerness to gain insights, we visited the Wuhu Park of GREE Electric Appliances – a top 50 global electronic and home appliance brand by value – and conducted in-depth exchanges with the leadership of GREE Electric Appliances (Wuhu) Co., Ltd.
Accompanied by General Manager Shi of GREE Electric Appliances, the delegation first visited the water heater workshop, observing the operation of automated production lines and information management systems up close. Later, the team toured the staff canteen, experiencing the meticulous arrangements of GREE in logistical support and cultural care. From workshops to canteens, from production to daily life, GREE demonstrated that manufacturing enterprises should not only focus on technology, but also value the worth of "people".
Through exchanges and learning with outstanding peers at GREE Electric Appliances, we not only gained an understanding of the unique characteristics and strengths of various electronic manufacturing enterprises, but also identified our shortcomings, as well as directions and methods for improvement and enhancement.

This study tour to GREE is not about blind imitation, but about reflecting on ourselves and identifying the right direction. In the future, we will more resolutely invest in intelligent manufacturing and automation upgrading, strengthen core engineering and technical capabilities, and build a talent system that supports long-term development – we will not indulge in fantasies or empty words, but take practical actions to translate the learning outcomes into tangible achievements.
