On May 27, Guo Xu, Member of the Municipal CPPCC, Director of the "Guo Xu Member Studio" and President of the company, organized a "Face-to-Face with Employees" exchange event. The Director of the President’s Office, Manager of Human Resources Department, Manager of Administration Department, and Executive Deputy General Manager of Wuhu Factory participated in the event, providing face-to-face responses to the opinions and suggestions collected from employees via the earlier "Wish Wall" initiative. The event was conducted in an open, honest and pragmatic manner, creating an accessible and amicable communication platform to listen to the voices of frontline employees and address their concerns regarding corporate development, policy support, employee rights and interests, among other topics.

In his opening remarks, President Guo Xu extended sincere gratitude to the employees who had offered valuable suggestions. He pointed out that the more than 70 sincere opinions and suggestions reflected employees’ enthusiastic attention to the company’s development, and also served as trust and motivation for the management team. This year marks a crucial period for thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the Eight-point Regulation. As a member of the Municipal CPPCC and the leader of the enterprise, he has always firmly believed that employees are the foundation, driving force and future of the company’s development. He emphasized that the company’s proposed management philosophy of "Two Participations, One Reform and Three Combinations" is designed to encourage employees to participate in management and innovation, promote the high-quality development of the company, and achieve effective integration between cadres and employees, technology and practice, as well as the enterprise and society.

At the event, President Guo stressed that this exchange was by no means a formalistic activity, but a heart-to-heart dialogue. The management team had carefully studied and sorted out all the opinions and suggestions put forward by employees. During the Q&A session, relevant responsible persons provided specific explanations on issues of widespread concern to employees, such as the optimization of salary and benefits, career development paths, and improvement of the working environment. For problems that could be solved immediately, they promised prompt action and rectification; for matters requiring long-term advancement, they clarified the responsible entities, formulated specific plans, and committed to accepting employee supervision. The entire exchange proceeded in a lively atmosphere, with employees actively asking questions, and the management’s responses covering both macro-level planning and concrete measures.

President Guo summarized the significance of the event with three statements: "There is nothing to fear about raising problems, but only about being afraid to voice them"; "There is nothing to fear about making commitments, but only about failing to deliver on them"; "There is nothing to fear about building trust, but only about failing to sustain it". To express gratitude for employees’ active participation and valuable suggestions, each participant received a carefully prepared souvenir. President Guo stated that he hopes such exchange activities will enable the management to hear employees’ voices more clearly, and make every employee truly feel that in the Guo Xu Member Studio, every effort is cherished and every voice deserves respect. At the end of the event, President Guo once again called on everyone to speak their minds freely, emphasizing that employees’ demands are the direction of the company’s efforts, and employees’ satisfaction is the goal of its endeavors.

This face-to-face event put into practice the corporate culture of "Upholding the Principle of Putting Excellent Employees First, Building a Happy Home for Strivers". It established a sound platform for building harmonious labor relations and promoting the mutual development of the enterprise and its employees.
